Whether theyโre new to the Pensacola area or long-time residents, people agree that East Hill has a nostalgic, hometown quality. Consequently, a pleasing mosaic of century-year-old homes, 1930sโ bungalows, mid-century ranches, and multi-million-dollar mansions not only offers a refreshing change of scenery but also serves a vital blend of residents at different ages and stages of life.
Enjoy walking your dog or an early morning jog along the streets down to Bayview Park where you can enjoy the walking paths or gazing out over the water. There are is also a nice playground for the kiddos and gazebos that may be rented for family fun events.
East Hill also offers restaurants and bakeries. One of my favorite East Hill spots is Ozone Pizza. If you haven’t been you certainly should add this to your list of places to try.
Property in East Hill is very diversified, from 1900’s homes to modern new builds. You should expect homes to range from $300K + (2021) and generally sell for 97% of their list price.
If you’d like to know more about the East Hill area give me a call. East Hill is one of my favorite neighborhoods, and where I owned my first home, and I’d love to share it with you.
